To reserve your new apartment home:

• $50 application fee per applicant over 18 years old

• $300 administrative fee (non-refundable)

• $250 community membership fee (non-refundable)

For 1- & 2-bedroom apartments, the waitlist reservation fee is $500

For 3-bedrooms and all penthouse apartments, the waitlist reservation fee is $1000.

Your reservation fee is fully refundable if your move-in date is moved by the management company.
